1. About Art Werkx

Art Werkx is a multi-experience café operated by Art Werkx Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Aregius One Pte Ltd, located at 232 River Valley Road, Singapore. We offer hands-on sessions, rich flavours, beverages, and curated couple and group programmes including Sip & Mess and Aurewon membership. By visiting Art Werkx or making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For Sensory Reset sessions, a deposit of SGD 10.00 per person is required, deducted from your session total on the day. For Sip & Mess, a deposit of SGD 40.00 per couple is required per episode for single episode bookings, deducted from your evening spend. For the Sip & Mess Full Journey (all 3 episodes), a deposit of SGD 120.00 per couple is collected upfront, with SGD 40.00 deducted from each visit. All deposits are subject to the refund policies below. Art Werkx reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full deposit refund or credit will be offered.

2A. Sip & Mess — Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following policy applies specifically to Sip & Mess bookings (Single Episode and Full Journey). For Full Journey bookings, the cancellation window is calculated from the date and time of the upcoming episode, not the first episode booked.

More than 48 hours before session (Singapore Time, SGT/UTC+8): Full deposit refund. Free rescheduling to any available date.

Between 24 and 48 hours before session (Singapore Time): 50% of the deposit refunded. Free rescheduling to any available date, once only.

Within 24 hours of session (Singapore Time): No refund. Rescheduling permitted once to an available date, subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the original deposit paid.

No-show or failure to arrive within 15 minutes of reservation time without prior notice: Deposit forfeited in full. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Art Werkx reserves the right to waive these conditions at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

2B. Cancellation & Refund — All Session Bookings (Except Sip & Mess)

The following policy applies to all session bookings except Sip & Mess, which is governed by Section 2A above.

More than 24 hours before session (Singapore Time, SGT/UTC+8): Full deposit refund. Free rescheduling to any available date.

Within 24 hours of session (Singapore Time): Deposit forfeited. Rescheduling permitted once to an available date at no additional charge.

No-show or failure to arrive within 15 minutes of reservation time without prior notice: Deposit forfeited in full. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Art Werkx reserves the right to waive these conditions at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

3. Participation, Health & Age Requirements

Guests participate in all activities voluntarily and at their own discretion. Guests with allergies, medical conditions, or physical limitations are responsible for informing Art Werkx staff prior to participation. Art Werkx staff will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee outcomes specific to individual health conditions. Guests are advised not to participate if they are unwell. Art Werkx staff may refuse participation if they deem a guest unfit on the day, at their reasonable discretion.

Guests below 12 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout their session.

Guests below 18 years will not be permitted to participate in activities involving sharp tools (such as leather craft) unless accompanied by a legal guardian who provides written consent on the day of the session.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Art Werkx, its staff, agents, management, Art Werkx Pte Ltd, Aregius One Pte Ltd, all other Aregius Group Companies, and any third-party suppliers or service providers engaged by Art Werkx shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm — whether physical, emotional, or financial — arising from participation in any activity, experience, or programme offered at Art Werkx. This includes but is not limited to accidents, allergic reactions, acts of God, fire, flooding, power outages, civil disturbances, pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

By booking or participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Werkx, Art Werkx Pte Ltd, Aregius One Pte Ltd and all other Aregius Group Companies from any claims, demands, or actions arising from their participation.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Guests are responsible for declaring all food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions prior to their session. While Art Werkx will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Art Werkx, Art Werkx Pte Ltd, Aregius One Pte Ltd and all Aregius Group Companies shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse responses arising from food or beverages consumed on our premises.

6. Conduct & Respect

Art Werkx is an inclusive, welcoming space. We reserve the right to decline service or ask guests to leave if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to staff or other guests. No refund of deposits will be made in such circumstances.

9. Aurewon Membership

9.1 Membership Tiers. Aurewon membership is available at three tiers — Base, Ascent and Summit — determined by total annual spend at Art Werkx. Annual spend thresholds are: Base $99, Ascent $300, Summit $600. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of commencement.

9.2 Pre-paid Credit. Guests may fast-track their membership tier by loading pre-paid credit onto their Aurewon account. Pre-paid credit is applied as spend at Art Werkx and is non-refundable. Membership benefits activate immediately upon loading. Points are earned on pre-paid credit from the first dollar loaded.

9.3 Points. Members earn points on all qualifying spend at Art Werkx, including sessions, food, beverages, Micro Reset, Guided Sessions and Sip & Mess. Earn rates are: Base — 1 point per dollar; Ascent — 1.5 points per dollar; Summit — 2 points per dollar. Points are earned on spend including pre-paid credit. 10 points = $1 of redemption value. Points may be redeemed against any spend at Art Werkx with no exclusions.

9.4 Minimum Balance. A minimum balance of 100 points must be maintained in the member’s Aurewon account to enjoy member benefits. Points below this threshold are not redeemable.

9.5 Surprise Days. On select days designated by Art Werkx as Surprise Days, earn rates are increased to: Ascent — 3 points per dollar; Summit — 4 points per dollar. Surprise Days are not announced in advance. Art Werkx reserves the right to designate, cancel or amend Surprise Days at its sole discretion.

9.6 Tier Recalculation. Membership tier is recalculated automatically based on the member’s 12-month rolling spend from the date of most recent qualifying transaction. A member whose spend falls below their current tier threshold will be automatically reassigned to the appropriate lower tier at the recalculation date.

9.7 Points Validity & Grace Period. Accumulated points remain valid for 6 months after the expiry of a member’s membership year. Any qualifying spend within this 6-month grace period extends the points validity by a further 6 months and triggers a tier recalculation based on spend in the preceding 12 months. Points unredeemed at the end of the grace period, with no qualifying spend, are forfeited.

9.8 Early Access. All Aurewon members receive early access to new session launches and Art Werkx events ahead of general public release.

9.9 Priority Booking. Aurewon Ascent and Summit members receive priority booking access to sessions and events. Art Werkx reserves the right to determine the advance window for priority access at its discretion.

9.10 Aurewon Inner Circle. Aurewon Summit members receive exclusive invitations to Inner Circle events at Art Werkx, including new Reset launches, special guest evenings and curated members-only experiences. Inner Circle events are by invitation only and are not available on the public calendar. Art Werkx reserves the right to determine the frequency, nature and guest list of Inner Circle events at its sole discretion.

9.11 General. Art Werkx reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Aurewon membership programme or any of its benefits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active members where possible. Membership benefits are personal to the member and are non-transferable. Art Werkx reserves the right to cancel any membership in cases of abuse, misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Artwork & Creations

All artwork and creations produced during sessions are the property of the guest. Art Werkx is not responsible for damage to creations once they leave our premises. For activities requiring drying time, Art Werkx will store completed works for up to 7 days pending collection. Uncollected works beyond this period may be disposed of.

11. Photography, Media & Social Media

Art Werkx may photograph or video activities for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform staff at the time of their session. By not raising an objection, guests consent to the use of their images for Art Werkx’s promotional materials. Art Werkx may also tag or share guest content on social media where guests have tagged Art Werkx in their own posts.

12. Changes to Terms

Art Werkx reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
